The concept of linear arrangement in a flat landscape, referencing an abstract boundary, is a well-considered solution. The linear form creates a legible contrast with the organic morphology of the surrounding nature, clearly articulating the presence of human intervention in the landscape.
The compositional arrangement of the masses follows a unified axis – individual volumes are functionally interconnected or separated according to operational needs. The spatial gradation is designed with sensitivity and insight; the tallest volume clearly marks the main entrance, while the lower masses gradually dissolve into the landscape toward the edges of the site.
The technical solution of the roof, specifically the gap between the metal cladding and the ceiling structure, allows for natural airflow and passive cooling of the building. It is a smart detail with functional significance.
The choice of local materials is rational and well-justified – it supports both sustainability and the integration of the structure into its surroundings. This is a very good design. Excellent work.
The use of a metal roof for shading is highly appropriate and goes beyond the standard function of a roof structure – not only does it provide protection from precipitation, but it also significantly contributes to the shading of occupied spaces. However, I recommend a minor adjustment to the left part of the floor plan – specifically in the area of the outdoor seating, where the roof does not provide full shade throughout the day. Slightly enlarging or shifting the roof would ensure optimal shading and improve user comfort.
Sanitary facilities for visitors /WC/: I recommend adding a separate toilet designated for the public or visitors to the building, which would enhance operational convenience and user-friendliness of the entire solution.
