Really strong work here! The rendering on the first page is stunning. I love how you illustrate the relationship between the two buildings through the ground floor plan, and how the new structure’s column rhythm and spacing thoughtfully respond to the historic building. The canopy also creates a nice semi-enclosed courtyard in the center, and that large opening at the end beautifully frames the historic building.
The different tree types shown on the plans help create an interesting public space near the building - if possible, it would be great to carry those trees into the axon view as well for consistency. For the exterior wall detail, adding a colored solid background hatch to highlight structural or fire-rated assemblies could help make it clearer. Also, for the window sill/head/waterproofing details, you might be able to pull reference details from manufacturers’ product data sheets to refine those areas.
