Design of the fuel filling station. We designed the filling station in the direction from Brno to Vyškov. The station has five double-sided stands for refuelling two types of diesel and two types of petrol. Of the ten refuelling stands, one is reserved exclusively for trucks or buses. The station was also equipped with four double-sided stands for charging electric vehicles. The petrol station design also includes a detached car wash. We also designed on-site amenities for the CSPH, parking and outdoor seating. The service building, in addition to the service station facilities, also houses a motoring shop, a selected food and beverage outlet, toilets for women, men and also for people with reduced mobility. The facility will be staffed by a total of seven employees, including the operations manager, who will be divided into three shifts. At least two staff members will be present on the CSPH premises during each shift.

A fuel station is an object that must first of all fulfil its purpose, while at the same time its appearance should attract motorists and thus create an advertisement for itself. The dominant feature of the design is the roofing of the refuelling stands. This is made up of five mushroom-shaped columns with conical columns. The mushroom heads are formed by eight trusses which are then clad. The conical shape is interrupted roughly in the middle by a ring which folds down to illuminate the refuelling bay at night. The building of the service building responds to the shape of the parking lot and is also formed by rounded shapes, precisely it has a shape resembling an ellipse, and the car wash building also has rounded corners. The front of the building is made up of full-wall glazing. The roof connects the building to the electric car charging station.

The only access to the petrol station is via the entrance from the expressway 50. The closest to the entrance is an advertising/price banner located on the west corner of the grassy area separating the gas station from the expressway. Upon entering, a canopy looms ahead with fueling stalls located underneath. These are arranged horizontally side by side and each has its own island. The first one on arrival (the westernmost) is for trucks or buses. In one plane, the refuelling bay is followed by a charging bay for electric vehicles. The horizontal is then terminated by a small car wash facility. Perpendicular to this imaginary line is a service building. The shop is divided into a sales area and a food and beverage area. The shop has toilets open to the public and there is also an office, staff quarters, technical facilities or a corridor connecting the storage area and the shop. There is a small seating area next to the shop. Next to it are parking spaces for the disabled and five ordinary parking spaces. The southern portion of the lot is reserved for fuel storage and for another portion of the parking lot that includes three truck spaces, a CSPH accessory, and fourteen standard parking spaces.

The construction of the refuelling station roofing is designed using eight trusses in each ridge, which are anchored to the conical columns. The top side of the mushroom heads is drained to the centre where the rainwater outlet is located. The overall structure of the service building combines a frame and wall system, with the entire building made of reinforced concrete. The skeletal system consists of columns located in place of the all-glass wall in the sales area and office. These columns carry the load of the reinforced concrete beam ceiling, which is further supplemented by counter beams. The total load is then transferred to the foundation footings, which are connected by a band to ensure coupling. The roofing over the electric vehicle charging stations is designed with two walls on the sides, on which two truss beams are placed, to which three additional truss beams are then perpendicularly attached. The service building and the electric vehicle shelter work together to form a unified whole. The car wash building consists of reinforced concrete walls transferring the load of the reinforced concrete ceiling to the concrete foundations.
