At the entrance to the territory, we are greeted by the entrance building and a porcelain store. Moving towards the factory, we find ourselves on a square surrounded by imitation natural quarries. They have a stepped structure, through which the elements of the dishes are visible, it all looks like an archaeological dig. The quarries are covered with impact-resistant glass on top. Based on the method of analogues, a path appeared with grottos rising from the ground, decorated with gypsum panels, through which water flows in thin streams according to the principle of a fountain. The shape of the recreation areas is smooth and resembles elastic clay. The green theater is also made in the form of a wave and rises up like the horizontal lines of the relief. Walking around the territory, you can take part in street workshops and work with clay in the fresh air and immediately send it to a nearby forge for firing. When studying the archives, a drawing of the projected facade was found, made in the Art Nouveau style, which was not implemented. It was decided to recreate the drawing and make a new facade in white plaster. The glass inserts are translucent and give the effect of absence of presence,
and the brick walls repeat the silhouette of the building in the condition it has reached to this day.
The entrance to the building is located according to the direction of the axis of the master plan. The lobby space is a second-light room surrounded on all sides by semicircular arches. Next, we will have a guided tour of the factory. We will visit the mass-harvesting, molding and roasting workshops. In order not to interfere with the well-established production process, we will observe everything from the air bridges located above the production halls. Next we get to the painting workshop. In the same room you can visit the lecture hall, and the steam engine room. The final stage is a visit to the museum. The entire space is surrounded by imitation natural grottoes, into which glass showcases are embedded, for the exhibition of exhibits. There is a fundamental horn in the center of the room. There is a creative workshop space inside the furnace. Employees enter the company itself through a separate entrance located on the right side of the building. From here they have access to all the workshops of the plant.
The second and third floors of the enterprise perform an educational function. There are many classrooms for group and individual classes, workshops and cavorting.
There are several factory buildings in the industrial part of the territory.:
The architectural solution of the new construction of the bathhouse has been completely recreated according to archival drawings. The building is located in its historical place and is used for its intended purpose.
Just like the sauna, the boiler room is in its former place. The image was recreated from archival photographs. A translucent staircase surrounds the boiler room pipe, which we can climb to the observation deck.
The architectural appearance of the dormitory building is inspired by archival drawings of the barracks. It resembles a Russian hut, but at the same time, the large glazing area and modern materials make the building's appearance relevant.
The factory building has a through passage through which you can get to the embankment area. There is an observation deck, walking paths on the serpentine and a restaurant, the appearance of which can be characterized by the concept of a ghost building. This decision was made in order not to block the facade of the factory building. On the territory of the restaurant there are outdoor areas for eating, resembling potsherds embedded in the relief.
