An exceptional project and a true pleasure to study. It reflects a deep understanding of how to intervene in a historic context, respecting the past while introducing a contemporary, visionary layer that feels both fresh and timeless.
The geometry is carefully composed, and the historical motifs are reinterpreted with precision, allowing the new architecture to harmonize with the old without overpowering it. The use of neutral materials, combined with frosted glass and light beige interiors, creates a calm, spiritual atmosphere. The white textile applied to the exterior further enhances the perception of lightness, giving the impression that the building is almost floating. The seamless dialogue between interior and exterior, together with excellent natural light control, makes the space feel contemplative and slows down the visitor’s experience — an ideal environment for meditation and yoga.
It would be inspiring to experience this project in winter, when snow would echo its light tones and amplify its serene presence. Additionally, further adaptation for disabled users should be considered to ensure full accessibility and inclusivity in such a contemplative public space.
