The project involves designing a parking facility on a historic development site, integrating it into the existing natural landscape.

The design area is historic, featuring buildings in brick style from the 1900s. The proposed building fits into the historical context through its architectural design, utilizing brick as the primary material and decorative elements such as arches and keystones. Additionally, modern elements are incorporated into the architecture, including monolithic concrete barriers that harmoniously contrast with the strict brickwork, lightening the overall appearance of the structure.
The main volume of the parking building houses a maintenance station. It includes maintenance posts, a car wash, and facilities for staff and clients.
The parking facility is designed for 360 car spaces. Access to the parking is provided via two single-lane ramps. For pedestrian access, the parking is equipped with four staircases: two of which are open and two located inside the parking area.
The roof of the parking facility is functional. It features observation points overlooking the historical buildings, quiet relaxation areas, and sports and children's playgrounds.

The structural solution for the building is monolithic construction. The column spacing in the structural scheme is 15600×7500 mm, with a cross-section of the reinforced concrete column measuring 400×400 mm. The parking is of an open type, without insulation. The external wall of the parking facility is made of brick, with a thickness of 750 mm. Due to unstable soil conditions, a pile foundation is used.
The maintenance station is also constructed in a monolithic style but is insulated externally and clad with metal profiled sheets. The maintenance posts are equipped with lifts.
