The project clearly demonstrates an understanding of Lamborghini’s identity, successfully translating the brand’s dynamism and power into architecture through the use of the folded plate structural system. The choice of this system effectively conveys motion and speed, which are essential for a showroom dedicated to such an iconic brand. The spatial organization appears well thought out, with a smooth integration of display areas, offices, and lounges that creates an engaging user experience.
From a technical perspective, the combination of steel structure with materials like aluminum composite panels and double-glazed glass aligns well with the goals of lightness, strength, and sustainability. However, it would be beneficial to further develop the construction details of structural connections and the interaction between supporting elements and folded surfaces to enhance the project’s feasibility.
Moreover, while sustainability aspects are present, they could be expanded by incorporating passive ventilation solutions and more precise energy strategies to strengthen the environmental performance without compromising the dynamic aesthetic. Lastly, exploring the interior sensory experience more deeply particularly through lighting and acoustic control—would help emphasize the uniqueness of the vehicles on display while ensuring occupant comfort.
In summary, the project has strong creative and technical foundations but would benefit from further refinement to evolve from a powerful concept into a fully realized and buildable architectural proposal.
To improve the project, consider developing detailed construction drawings that clarify how the folded steel plates connect and support each other structurally. This will strengthen the technical credibility and buildability of your design.
Enhance the sustainability strategy by exploring passive design techniques such as natural ventilation through the folded geometry and integrating renewable energy systems like solar panels on angled roof surfaces.
Focus on the interior atmosphere by designing lighting schemes that highlight both the dynamic architecture and the cars, while also incorporating acoustic treatments to control noise and improve comfort.
Finally, create diagrams or walkthrough visuals that show how visitors move through the showroom, ensuring the spatial flow feels intuitive and reflects the brand’s dynamic character.
These steps will help transform your strong concept into a more detailed and realistic architectural proposal.
