This project outlines a clear and thoughtful strategy for local revitalization in Třebotov, with the information center serving as a key component.

The project idea effectively aims to strengthen the connection between the village center and its surrounding landscape, broadening opportunities for both residents and visitors. The emphasis on enhancing public spaces, supporting community initiatives, and organizing engaging programs demonstrates a holistic vision for improving quality of life and promoting Třebotov as a destination. The commitment to sustainability and long-term development are vital principles for such a revitalization effort.

The project description logically breaks down the proposal into phases, starting with an urban development plan for a new public square and adjacent buildings connected to the existing hospital, then focusing on the detailed design of the information center. Positioning the information center as a hub for local information, training, and outdoor educational activities makes it a functional and valuable asset for the community and tourists.

From a technical information perspective, the choice of load-bearing reinforced concrete columns and walls provides a robust and durable structural system. The mention of a lightweight façade system (LOP) incorporating windows and doors suggests a modern approach to the building envelope.
