Dear Fatemh, Congratulations on submitting your project! I duly commend the effort and clarity with which you have executed the work. Your design evolution process and its out comes quite well developed and contextual, as per the description of the project. I also liked the theme you have chosen for the presentation of your drawings. Sheets are very well composed. Good work on thoughtfully addressing the challenges of this prominent corner plot. Emphasizing the corner with a distinctive architectural feature and placing the main entrance there creates a strong, welcoming focal point that enhances the building’s presence. The setback along Milady Horáková Street to create an arcade is a clever way to activate the street frontage, encouraging social interaction and vibrant commercial activity.

Your project effectively integrates sustainable materials like bamboo and timber suitable for the tropical climate, and the raised footings address flooding risks well. The use of louvers and natural ventilation is smart for energy efficiency. However, further detail on foundation design and durability treatments for materials is needed. The timber bridge and water features add functional and aesthetic value but require careful structural planning and maintenance strategies.
