2D/3D FEEDBACK
The image is very uniform, uninteresting in color. The dramatic sky disappears in the context of the same color of the surrounding buildings and the main design. However, the main idea of the picture, as I perceive it, to show a dramatic transition and highlight the main building, is great. I would prefer to divide the image into two parts. I would make the right part with the main design more contrasting, brighter, sharper. The sky could turn brighter in this part. The left part could remain as it is. In my opinion, this would emphasize the importance of the building.

Just a nice inspiration for others.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Greenery is missing a shadows. So it is not connected with rest of the picture.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is quite common issue, there should be always some background in your visualization. In Lumion you can use automatic 3D maps, vegetation clusters or just 3D objects of buildings. Best is to combine those.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would preffer to add there more plastic skies with light clouds maybe. And building is a little fit too close to the edge of picture.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
It is really nice render, you can improve it a little, by adding propper lights ¨reflections¨ under street lamps, and setting more light to spread outside building. The ground is a bit too dark there.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like the colors and the design of this picture but the character in the middle takes a little too much attention. On the one hand, it's good, because it's hard to tear yourself away from a picture, but the question is what is presented here.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
It is an interesting style, it must be said that if you decide on this form of presentation, it is difficult to evaluate something on it. But I like this shot and the atmosphere. It reminds me of computer games we played as kids. As an example of the basic material concept of an urban project, it is pleasant. But tehre is no much detail shown, so you had to think about more details in sheets or texts.

Nice attack with light, it highlights the interesting construction well, but the surroundings are too flat thanks to the light. It would certainly only help to turn on the effect of global illumination. It is necessary to adjust the lights so that the surroundings are not so light "flat". There are simply no shadows. The use of spotlights should correct this. I also apreciate a well-chosen view of the part of the building on the left, which is a contrast to the shape of the main structure of the design.

It is always good to decide whether we want to show space with or without people. Transparent characters are a compromise that often masks the inability to make decisions or the ability to show space filled - so that the design is easy to read. (However, both are often not possible.) From the layman's point of view, however, the problem is often that the semi-transparent figures are illegible and simply devalue the feeling from the picture. Their use should be quite exceptional. For me, close characters are a bit unnecessary, they cover a large piece of the image, which is otherwise graphically attractive.

I just like the feeling - club atmosphere. I think it fits nicely to design.

Very eye-pleasing visuals, soft, with the right lighting are giving the viewer a very comforting feeling. Great consistent mood and nice floor plan drawing with the right line thickness.
On the main layout I would choose 1 specific picture that should be "the representative", the most important one and make it stand out (e.g. make it the biggest one or use a distinctive color as a background or frame) , otherwise the viewer´s focus is a bit distracted, jumping from one picture to another too fast.
Well done!
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like the emphasis of the object on the surroundings. I might add more greenery.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The architecture is very interesting and with great detail but I find this picture a bit too "wild", it does not have a clear focal point so I get a bit lost. Maybe just by deleting some of the emissive and oversaturated elements the architecture would stand out more, since they steal a lot of attention.

Impressive 2D skills! I love the colors, the consistency, level of detail and clarity, the graphic design itself. Well done! The most eye-catching are the lineart graphic elements so I would stick to them also on the front page.

Here could be a bit more ambient light from the roof. And still same issue with texture. Myaby tehere can be some furniture or somethig, explaining funcionality of these nonvertical walls.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is a beautiful render, there's not much to complain about. I usually advise caution with puddles and the like, because customers and observers do not always respond to them and rain, but here it makes the most sense. It beautifully shows the contrast of interior and exterior and attracts inside. I can't know to what extent it's a 3d model and how much it's a plot. This in itself is a sign of perfect work.

Nice image! Just a few ideas..:
1) I would maybe add one or two person to clearly show the scale
2) Lamps - Nice detail I would move them a little bit to the left because as of now the lamp creates a tangent with the corner of the building in the back (to read more about this just google
3) Framing - I would add a little bit more space to the bottom of the image (see my sketch included)
