2D/3D FEEDBACK
Even indoors, it's good to use a two-point perspective. I would also add ambient light to highlight the shadows. Just add effect of 2-point perspective and set more light from skylight effect.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I appreciate this view, which shows the use of space. Using characters that do some activity is enjoyable. However, the view is unnecessarily focused on the ceiling, which is not optically interesting. The lights also lack the global illumination set in the effects. It is a good idea to assign a GI to each spotlight so that the light is reflected from the materials and thus illuminates the scene more realistically. The ceiling should never be dark and without a light gradient.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Nice attack with light, it highlights the interesting construction well, but the surroundings are too flat thanks to the light. It would certainly only help to turn on the effect of global illumination. It is necessary to adjust the lights so that the surroundings are not so light "flat". There are simply no shadows. The use of spotlights should correct this. I also apreciate a well-chosen view of the part of the building on the left, which is a contrast to the shape of the main structure of the design.

It is better to adjust the reflection of the glass using the effect of planar reflections, see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCXbPUBSarc

Red - Lumion contains hundreds of additional models such as coffee, cake, fruit, drinks. It is good to use it.
Blue - It would be better to use a larger focal length indoors, as well as a 2-point perspective. The image will be more readable, but it will also be better to see the contrast of the outer shell with the interior perpendicular shapes.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
There are a lot of lights, but the shadows are too sharp and there is basically only one shadow. It would be good to add some additional lights to the emissive material, also turn on and set the GI, see here: https://youtu.be/RSUO7PFmyUs and here: https://youtu.be/6-0Cxg8xAao
2D/3D FEEDBACK
There are a number of windows in the design, but almost no ambient light. inside there should be much more light, or at least a contrast of light and darkness, visible.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would use a larger focal length and focus more on the interior itself, now there is an unnecessarily large area of the image that shows the entrance. This is not movc graphically interesting, nor in terms of content. The interior will be much more interesting.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The general composition, ahmosphere and artificial lighting is good but I find this picture a bit too dark so it´s hard to understand and see the structure of the building. It would be a good idea to light it up a bit and also delete some of the people in the foreground or move them closer to the object so they don´t attract that much focus and make them non-transparent for better realism.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I know it´s very tricky with photomatching, but it´s too obivous that the lighting isn´t right here. In these cases it´s okay to make it a bit more artistic than realistic - maybe turn the photo background to black-and-white or use some kind of sketchy style.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more detail to the textures and model. I would play with the light more. I would choose a more distant view.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Very good visualization. I like the mood and life in this picture. I also like the composition. I would use less bright sunshine.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more greenery to the background and objects to balloons.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
When choosing a presentation of empty space, it is necessary to have a model and textures processed in greater detail. Here I see shortcomings especially in texturing. It would be useful to improve the textures so that each has its own direction. Ie. Divide the areas in the model according to orientation or purpose (floor, walls, etc.) You can see it on the nearest areas, balconies. Of course, this could be solved by another camera option, looking from these balconies. Other textures are also relatively little plastic, it would be appropriate to gift a more pronounced relief and adjust the lights so that the whole space is not illuminated by a uniform light. I would illuminate the stage more than the rest of the hall.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I just took a quick look at how the impression of the space changes if the lights in different parts are set differently. Of course, it's just a 2D adjustment (I don't have 3D available), so it's not accurate at all and the shadows don't fit.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Using a larger focal length and view from a human height is also suitable indoors. If I don't fit into the space, due to the large focal length, I have a "clip near camera" effect that will solve it.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is a good shot, I would just adjust the details by the road here. There is no area and it can be seen under the road. I would choose better models of people's models. Scanned would be enough for static visualization and will look better. You should add more ambient light, so shadovs are more realistic.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I don't understand why not use grass with 3D blades. It is one click and adds a completely different character to the visualization. (here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vU2jo4gDHlY) Using such a dark sky is also a bit inappropriate, I would use a raadshi that does not have such a distinctive dark on the horizon.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
These characters does not look natural. Use people in groups, sitting on benches and so on.
