Work description
Assist in monitoring and optimizing tomato processing operations (washing, peeling, crushing, pasteurizing).Support production schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished tomato products.Assist in product testing for consistency, taste, and texture.Collaborate with R&D team in developing and improving tomato-based products.Conduct trials and analyze data for new product feasibility.Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization.Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and hygiene standards.Document daily activities, test results, and production data.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on production and quality control.Work with cross-functional teams to integrate processing with other production stages.
