Work description
Internship in Lean Management & MaintenanceDuring this internship, you will gain cross-departmental insight into the areas of production, lean management, and maintenance. You will actively support optimization projects to improve production processes and work on the implementation of new digital and organizational solutions. Tasks:• Supporting the planning, organization, and implementation of improvement projects• Collaborating on the digitization of machine documentation and maintenance plans• Restructuring and optimizing the spare parts warehouse• Supporting the introduction of new maintenance software and new work processes• Implementing digital shop floor boards in production• Updating and transferring maintenance documentation to the new maintenance tool• Collaborating on process improvements (including spare parts management, production)• Creating evaluations and analyzing key figures• Supporting and conducting workshops (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kamishibai)• Communication with various interfaces within the company Goals of the internship:• Optimization of production and maintenance processes• Efficient design of the value chain• Reduction of inventories and throughput times• Increase in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity
