Work description

The purpose of the internship is to support the implementation and experimentation of machine learning or deep learning models (either existing or developed from scratch) in PyTorch or TensorFlow, for the analysis and classification of biomedical data such as electroencephalography, echocardiography signals, or digital histopathology slides. These tasks will be performed using the workstation infrastructure with GPUs (Titan X 12GB, RTX 2080 Ti 12GB, or RTX 4090 24GB) available in the AdaLab laboratory and GITECX research group.
