Work description

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) of the office, create content on international activities, exchanges, delegation visits and other events, schedule publications, produce graphic content (images, infographics) and multimedia (videos, presentations) to improve visual communication, collaborate in the planning and promotion of events, seminars, conferences and cultural exchange activities, create promotional materials, invitations and reminders for events, support in the coordination of international visits, improve the visibility of exchange programs, scholarships, opportunities, support in the creation of communication campaigns aimed at international students, manage internal communication channels to keep students informed about procedures, events and services, contribute in the implementation of communication strategies to strengthen the presence of the office at the international level and provide creative ideas and suggestions to improve the communication and outreach of the office.
