Work description

The Institute for Design Strategies (IDS) of the Detmold School of Design - TH OWL in Detmold, Germany is offering positions to support the research project “Building Acoustics and Urban Soundscape” focused on studying the relationship between building façades and people’s perception of sound in cities.The internship consists of supporting the research of human perception in cities, with a strong focus on sound and vision. A successful candidate has experience in one or more of the areas required (Parametric design in Grasshopper / Statistics in Python / VR and game development / Noise mapping with GIS). A CV and portfolio showing the candidate's previous work is required. The internship is conducted in English.www.th-owl.de/ids
