Work description
Retail Innovation Immersion ProgramOverview: The Retail Lab at Karunya School of Management provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a simulated retail environment. Participants will apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios, honing skills in merchandising, customer service, and sales analysis.Objectives: 1) Equip students with hands-on experience in retail management. 2) Deepen understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. 3) Encourage experimentation with innovative retail technologies and strategies.Outcomes: 1) Enhanced practical skills in retail operations and management. 2) Improved ability to analyze and interpret consumer data. 3) Greater confidence in applying innovative solutions to retail challenges.Intern's Responsibilities: 1) Assist in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior. 2) Participate in merchandising, inventory management, and customer service activities. 3) Contribute to the development and testing of new retail technologies and strategies.
