The option of Work from Home is available for this offer, in which case, the available dates of the internship are from May 2025 - September 2025 and there will be no stipend provided. However, in the case where the intern opts to intern at the employer's address, a stipend will be provided with respect to the dates mentioned in the Work Offered Field. The intern is required to fill out the declaration form attached to confirm the preferred mode of the internship.

Work description

Computer Science Intern: Project Title: AI-Based Food Identification and Healthcare Assistant Work Description: 1.Theoretical Foundations: The intern will begin by gaining a strong theoretical understanding of computer vision, deep learning, and image processing through relevant research papers focused on food identification algorithms. 2. Data Collection: The intern will assist in collecting data for food identification using cameras or existing datasets, ensuring a comprehensive dataset for the project. 3. Data Annotation: Responsibilities include annotating the data, which involves labeling and marking images accurately to facilitate model training. 4. Documentation: The intern will maintain detailed documentation of their work, including code, data annotations, and model configurations. Expected Outcome: 1. Report Preparation: The intern will create a detailed report documenting methodologies and findings. 2. Publication Goal: An academic paper will summarize contributions to food identification algorithms for potential publication. If the intern wishes to work from home: 1. We need you to be able to devote at least 5 hours per day to develop tasks. 2. We will set up weekly meetings to follow up on the progress work using Skype. 3.You shall be provided with the existing resources for your aid. 4. Due to the time zone difference, we expect you to be flexible with meeting timings.
