The option of Work from Home is available for this offer, in which case, the available dates of the internship are from May 2025 - September 2025 and there will be no stipend provided. However, in the case where the intern opts to intern at the employer's address, a stipend will be provided with respect to the dates mentioned in the Work Offered Field. The intern is required to fill out the declaration form attached to confirm the preferred mode of the internship.

Work description

Interaction and Communication Design intern: Title: Policy Planning for Sustainable Start-Up Ecosystem Development Work Description: 1. Conduct research and analysis of the current start-up ecosystem. 2. Engage with stakeholders through surveys, interviews, and workshops. 3. Formulate policies that support innovation, sustainability, and growth. 4. Assess economic and environmental impacts of proposed policies. 5. Design and implementation roadmap with timelines and milestones. 6. Review and update legal and regulatory frameworks for start-ups. 7. Establish monitoring and evaluation systems to track policy outcomes. 8. Develop communication strategies to raise awareness about new policies. 9. Advocate for sustainable practices among start-ups and investors. 10. Provide capacity-building initiatives for start-ups and ecosystem enablers. Expected Outcome: 1.Policy Framework: Develop a comprehensive policy framework to support start-up ecosystem sustainability. 2. Insights and Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations and insights into critical policy areas and best practices from successful ecosystems. 3. Strategy Development: Identify strategies to address challenges faced by emerging start-up environments. 4. Final Report: Deliver a detailed report to equip policymakers with tools for fostering thriving, sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems. If the intern wishes to work from home: 1.We need you to be able to devote at least 5 hours per day to develop tasks. 2. We will set up weekly meetings to follow up on the progress work using Skype. 3. You shall be provided with the existing resources for your aid. 4. Due to the time zone difference, we expect you to be flexible with meeting timings.
