Work description
The Foreign Language Coordination of Instituto Tecnológico de Durango is seeking a passionate and dedicated Korean language instructor to teach students at beginner, intermediate, and/or advanced levels. The primary goal is to help students develop strong communication skills in Korean while promoting an understanding of Korean culture.Key Responsibilities:-Plan and deliver Korean language lessons aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).-Create engaging and interactive activities that encourage student participation and language acquisition.-Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and class participation.-Provide feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.-Integrate cultural components into lessons to enhance students' understanding of Korean society and traditions.-Participate in meetings, training sessions, or academic events when required.Qualifications:Minimum language proficiency level of B2 or higher in Korean language.-Experience in teaching Korean as a foreign language is preferred.-Familiarity with CEFR levels and language teaching methodologies.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Korean Language, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).-Certification in teaching Korean as a foreign language is a plus.We Offer:-A supportive academic environment.-Opportunities for professional development.-Flexible working hours depending on course demand.
