Introduction (for all positions):We have developed a gamified educational platform over the past 3 years in collaboration with former IAESTE students. We are now looking to further develop this platform, which will be used by over 500 students in the fall of 2025. We need individuals with diverse backgrounds and competencies to join our team. Below are the key positions we are looking to fill. Students can apply for one of the three available positions. Please specify which position you wish to apply for in your application.1. Fullstack DeveloperWe are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our educational gaming platform team. While we welcome developers who may have stronger skills in either front-end or back-end development, the ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of full-stack development.Key Requirements:- Demonstrated experience in full-stack development with a portfolio of completed projects- Strong programming skills in relevant technologies- Experience with modern web development frameworks- Ability to work collaboratively in an educational technology environment- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail2. Data AnalystWe are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in statistics to develop and implement the analytical layer of our educational gaming platform.Key Requirements:- Strong background in statistics and data analysis- Programming experience with focus on analytical tools and frameworks- Understanding of educational metrics and learning analytics- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights- Experience with data visualization and reporting3.
