The idea was not to disturb the peaceful feel of the bay and most of all to induce a sense of calm and create a friendly atmosphere for visitors to the promenade.
The main objective of the assignment was to design a marina in a small Croatian bay near Zadar. The marina is to be part of the complex that is planned to be built here. The marina includes a restaurant, cafe and bar, where people can meet during the day both from the complex and from the boats parked in the harbor. In the edle I will find storage bunks for the owners of villas from the complex and public showers. visitors can also visit a diving center, a shop for yachtsmen and a rental shop with equipment for water activities.
Sustainable materials are used for construction. The retaining walls are made of concrete and otherwise acetylated wood is used.
