I would advise the architect to work out the volume of the building in more detail, now, in my opinion, the volume is not readable, perhaps you need to work with color by adding it to the perspective image of the building. In general, to make the submission of the project more lively.

Landscaping.
I would have worked out in more detail the environment of the building, showing in detail its integration into the existing environment and terrain.

Project presentation.
You can try to combine all the information into one image by placing the key perspective views of the building, the main plans and the structure of the building.

Floor plans.
Now the floor plans are quite developed, but they look too formal, you can take the function of each room out of the redistribution plans and add a few interior views.
