The design is visually appealing and stands out with its strong form and massing. It reflects a good understanding of the site and how to present the project clearly. The building volumes are well-organized with a smooth and consistent flow.
However, the depth of some spaces might make natural lighting and ventilation more difficult. The arrangement of the masses around natural features is well done, but the connection with surrounding roads and how people enter the site needs to be more defined.
The façades are attractive and show a good sense of balance and harmony.
One of the main areas for improving the project is reconsidering the depth of the building masses to ensure better natural ventilation and lighting. This could be achieved by incorporating internal courtyards or skylights that enhance the quality of interior spaces. Strengthening the visual and pedestrian connection with the surrounding roads is also recommended by clearly defining the site entrances and improving access from the outside.
In terms of massing and facades, it's advisable to introduce more variety in scale and detail to avoid repetition, while also showcasing the choice of materials in a way that reflects both the architectural identity and local climate. Additionally, integrating effective sun breakers into the façade design would help reduce heat gain and improve environmental comfort within the spaces.
