This project presents a refined yet vibrant take on contemporary residential design. The bold anthracite black façade offers a strong urban identity, while the playful addition of colorful window frames introduces a sense of individuality, joy and rhythm to the vertical composition. The juxtaposition of textures smooth black plaster, warm wooden details and soft landscaping creates a tactile and inviting architectural language.
Functionally, the layout is compact yet efficient, providing comfortable private living units with direct vertical circulation through stairs and an elevator. The thoughtful inclusion of a green-roofed carport and a private garden enhances the project’s environmental sensitivity and offers a welcome connection to nature in an urban context.
Technically, the privacy enhancing wooden elements and careful modulation of facade openings demonstrate both aesthetic finesse and practical concern for user comfort. This is a confident and well executed architectural statement that balances sophistication with playfulness an elegant gesture in urban living.
