A very interesting concept of integrating beer production as a process where waste heat can be used to heat the building itself. The overall architectural organization of the space into production, relaxation, office, and residential zones provides variability and the possibility of connecting different age and professional groups. From the project, it was unclear whether it was a renovation or a new extension. However, if it is a renovation, it would be a welcome approach, as sustainable…

Hello Mohamed Gaber, I find your design effectively responds to Siwa’s climatic and cultural context, which is highly commendable. The integration of passive cooling strategies, particularly ventilation in the arid climate, demonstrates strong environmental awareness. The articulation of solid and void relationships enhances spatial flow and shading, balancing functionality with thermal comfort. The use of double-height space with pilotis creates openness and hierarchy, while your material…

Your project showcases a strong and conceptually grounded morphology. The philosophical foundation is both compelling and profound, successfully translating into various aspects of the design, including the layout, facades, and interiors. The structural design is logical and feasible, and the spatial sensations are harmonious, comfortable, and well-aligned with the overarching concept. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from further refinement: • Aesthetics of Facades: While the…

Your project demonstrates a comprehensive approach, addressing multiple aspects. The house successfully conveys a sense of comfort and coziness, aligning well with the concept of a tropical modern design. However, there are some areas that could benefit from further development: • While the design is modern and visually appealing, it feels somewhat generic. The design needs a stronger connection to the specific location or the unique needs and lifestyle of the family. • The use of several…

The project attempts to integrate a memorial park with a reshaped coastline, introducing canals that double the coast’s length and create a more interactive public space. The division of the site into Memorial/Commercial and Industrial zones preserves the integrity of each function while ensuring a thoughtful separation between the solemn memorial and industrial areas. Within the memorial zone, the inclusion of diverse segments—housing, education, culture, and business—creates a self-sustaining…

To give more comments the information provided are limited, and the technical details are shallow can’t comment much, it seems a little bit generic design - for upcoming season I will recommend that provide more details - description must be clear and precise I can’t say much more than that!

Dear Anežka Piskáčková! Your project definitely deserves attention. The non-standard round shape of the building attracts the eye and makes it stand out from the rest. However, there are a number of shortcomings that I would like to avoid in the future: 1. The master plan is shown formally. 2. The facades look unfinished and sketchy. 3. The rounded walls of the plan will not bring much joy to the owners of apartments in this building. 4. Almost all rooms of the building are non-functional and…
