This project showcases a clear and rational approach to residential design with a strong emphasis on orientation and environmental responsiveness. The placement of living spaces to optimize cardinal directions reflects a solid understanding of passive design principles, contributing to both comfort and energy efficiency. The layout of the apartments is efficient and well planned and the integration of individual garage entries adds practical value for future users.
The visual language of the building is minimal yet proportionate and the design maintains a good balance between functionality and clarity. The site plan demonstrates thoughtful consideration of context and topography, particularly in how the masterplan curves with the terrain, creating a harmonious relationship with the landscape.
To enhance the design further, the project could benefit from more architectural expression on the elevations, perhaps exploring facade articulation, shading devices or material variation to create a richer visual dialogue with the environment. Additionally, addressing communal outdoor spaces could add value in terms of social interaction and landscape integration. Nonetheless, this is a well resolved and technically sound proposal that demonstrates maturity in spatial thinking. Well done!
