This project presents a compelling and thoughtful response to both environmental and experiential challenges of the site. Your sensitive consideration of solar orientation and renewable energy usage, as well as your solution for wastewater management, demonstrates a deep understanding of sustainable urban strategies. The architecture responds beautifully to the topography, offering each villa privacy and uninterrupted views of the sea turning the landscape into an active design generator. The clear zoning of villas, hotel and marina ensures fluid movement and accessibility while respecting the terrain. As a constructive suggestion, consider how these layered interventions might evolve over time and address the seasonal inhabitability in terms of adaptive program. Overall, a commendable and context-driven proposal with poetic spatial quality.
