This residential project is thoughtfully situated at the corner of Strahov and Kochanova streets in Prague's Břevnov district, an area known for its historical charm and urban continuity. The building's form respects the surrounding architectural context while introducing a dynamic emphasis on the street corner, creating a potential space for future commercial use.

The structure comprises 23 apartments ranging from 1+kk to 6+kk, with the top floor featuring five duplex units, one of which spans three floors and includes a spacious private terrace. The façade combines polycarbonate panels with protruding wooden elements in the loggias and exposed concrete on the ground floor, offering a modern yet contextually sensitive aesthetic.

Underground parking is accessible from Kochanova Street, equipped with car lifts and bicycle parking spaces, demonstrating a commitment to accommodating various modes of transportation.

While the project exhibits a strong conceptual framework and sensitivity to its urban environment, further development in architectural detailing and material articulation would enhance its overall impact.
