The "CO-RELATION" project presents a conceptually compelling contrast between past and future through spatial and material juxtapositions within the preserved Schindler factory. The design strategy of layering corridors between existing skins and new insertions is effective in generating reflective moments that encourage historical engagement. The restraint in modifying the exterior maintains authenticity, while the modern exhibition halls and restored living quarters offer contrasting atmospheres that reinforce the core design idea. However, the proposal could be elevated by deepening the spatial choreography—how visitors transition from the restored spaces into the futuristic layers—and by improving the integration of technical systems into the architectural language. Materiality is handled with care, but the interior experiential sequence could benefit from further development. Overall, the project is well-intentioned and spatially suggestive, with room for more detailed architectural articulation.
