Dear Samuel,
Thank you for sharing your project in INSPIRELI AWARDS.

However, I have some comments that may help you to raise the quality of the design of the family house project.
- The organization and relation between spaces need more study of the theories of this type of buildings and a focus on zoning the public and private spaces.
- The is no relation between the main entrance of the house and the kitchen.
- The W.C. in the private zone has no use. It was better to add this area as a private bathroom for the master bedroom.
- The area of the bathroom in the private zone is the same or bigger than the master bedroom.
- The furniture needs more care because the shared room for two persons only has one bed.
- The elevations of the house need more work to be a merge between simplicity and modernity.

My advice for you in architectural projects to study well the theories of the type of building and the relation between spaces and their areas using a bubble diagram to organize your thoughts.
