The project is based on the use of caves as the main structure of the house. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to take into account the shape and size of caves, creating architectural solutions that will perform two functions: preserving the natural beauty of caves and ensuring comfortable living.

The rural settlement of Kurumoch is located in the Samara region in the Volzhsky district and is a very interesting and unique territory.
It has a rich history, which is associated with the development of the agricultural sector in the region. There are many agricultural enterprises here that produce grain, milk, meat, vegetables and other agricultural goods. Kurumoch is the center of agriculture and peasant labor in the region.
