The presentation of Brněnec 2035: The Sustainable Living Village is excellently structured, providing a clear flow from the conceptual ideas to the technical details of the project. The renders and floor plans are well-detailed and offer a comprehensive understanding of how the space will function for its users. It’s evident that careful thought went into the integration of the residential units with workspaces, creating a harmonious balance between living, working, and community areas. The designs of the rooms, especially with the south-facing open-plan areas and the ability to adjust spaces for different needs, show great attention to the needs of modern hybrid workers.
The master plan and site development reflect a well-thought-out strategy, taking into account the historical context of the site while integrating sustainable design elements. The use of passive house technologies, the incorporation of natural features like the old mill channel for stormwater management, and the timber frame construction all align with current environmental standards. The design responds to the surrounding landscape beautifully while preserving the industrial history of the location, making the development a seamless part of the environment.
The choice of colors in the presentation board complements the overall design, creating an elegant and professional look while making key details stand out. The use of graphical explanations enhances the clarity of the concepts, helping to visualize the project's progression. Additionally, the materials chosen for construction, including the thermally modified timber planks and triple-glazed windows, demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability without compromising the aesthetic integrity of the project.
Thank you,Wiktor Sawoch, and congratulations for joining the Inspireli competition! Your project shows a keen eye for design, balancing sustainability, history, and modern needs with exceptional precision. The integration of remote workspaces and residential areas is timely and thoughtful, and the careful planning of public and private spaces will undoubtedly create a vibrant and functional community. Well done!
