Your presentation, Assiut Heritage Trade Fair, is really well-structured and engaging. You've done an excellent job guiding us through your project, from the concept to the details. It flows naturally, and you’ve managed to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise way. The visuals are incredibly effective, and I love how the renderings bring the space to life. They really capture the essence of what you’re trying to achieve while giving a clear sense of how the spaces will function.
The integration of the traditional handicrafts into the design is truly special. It’s not just about preserving the past—it’s about creating a space where people can experience, learn, and even contribute to the continuation of these crafts. The mix of exhibition areas, workshops, and educational spaces is a brilliant way to breathe life into Assiut’s rich cultural heritage while giving visitors a chance to connect with the craft in a hands-on way.
I also really admire how you’ve thought about the environmental aspects of the design. The use of natural light, stone, and wooden mashrabiya combined with glass is not only beautiful but practical for the climate. And the natural ventilation, especially in the exhibition areas, shows a thoughtful approach to creating a comfortable and sustainable environment.
Thank you, Sara Omar, for sharing this amazing project and congratulations on being part of the Inspireli Competition! It’s clear you have a bright future ahead in architecture. The way you’ve blended cultural preservation with innovative design is something special, and I’m excited to see where your career takes you. Keep up the incredible work!
