The project is dashing and pretentious. Visually it is very organic and aesthetic. The bold play with volumes and levels is captivating. The presentation of the project corresponds to its essence - concise and balanced. As a primary image, this project is quite viable. Personally, I don’t have enough design documentation to understand the architectural and technological specifics. And the conceptual justification lacks sincerity and personal interest. The project is cold and universal. Such…

advisorI am very glad to see that the classification of senses and the activity area can be clearly analyzed and combined, which is undoubtedly a very beneficial thing for the visually impaired. The sensory understanding shown in the picture is also in place, as well as a reasonable understanding of relevant laws and regulations. What I want to say is that as a project with very practical needs, We may need to pay more attention to the understanding of some small scenes. For example, some scenes…

advisorAmong several projects under - Schindler's Ark Saving Competition - that I reviewed I think your project closely follows the theme and overall context of the region. I like your process diagram and how you intend to maintain the overall look and appeal but the project could have been even more interesting if you had incorporated the actualities more strongly. History informs us that the place was used as a factory first for textile and later for enamelware; I strongly believe that traits of…

advisorI appreciate the fact that you have tried to design by sensitising yourself to understand social spaces and energy efficiency. However, these are investigated by you in a restrictive way, you could have gone beyond the basic strategies and principles of tall towers. When you are incorporating above concepts in your design then building services play an important role, I did not see any service area other than toilet, lifts and staircases on the floor. What services are required for electricity,…

advisorIn my opinion, this project remains an interesting concept that, following an exhaustive study, could become an inspiring model for similar initiatives on a global scale. However, I am skeptical about the risks associated with public safety, particularly regarding public access during the construction phase, which could pose significant safety concerns. Even with precautions in place, there is a considerable risk that the process of dismantling and dune creation could disrupt the surrounding…
