This project stands out as a sophisticated and intellectually rich exploration of new urban domestic typologies in response to evolving family structures, work-life integration, and communal living. The proposed cooperative housing model is conceptually bold and spatially inventive, using layered gallery and free levels to support extreme flexibility and social dynamism. The inclusion of a porous mid-rise structure, live-work buffer, and adaptable infill strategy reinforces the project’s central thesis—reclaiming urban interaction within the domestic realm. The tectonic resolution, particularly through thickened concrete walls and prestressed structural systems, adds to the proposal’s architectural clarity. While the complexity of the proposal may benefit from slightly more elaboration on real-life phasing and user governance, the project overall reflects a highly advanced and critical understanding of architecture as both a social and spatial practice. It is an exceptional and visionary contribution to housing discourse.
