The technical data in this project is well presented, clear, and easy to understand. The isometric views are simple yet effectively support the overall presentation by helping the viewer understand the spatial relationships. The perspectives are also commendably executed, capturing the atmosphere of the resort quite well.

The design of the Sawa Lake Resort Project thoughtfully utilizes the site's terracing, and the spatial planning of the units and amenities is logical and user-oriented. The material choices—steel structure, wood veneer, and metal roofs—are cohesive and appropriate for both durability and aesthetics. The use of landscaping elements like stones and trees adds an inviting natural character to the resort.

It’s also impressive that this was completed during your first year in architecture school—there’s a lot of potential here. Keep refining your design language and explore more ways to enrich presentation visuals to better express your ideas.
