The presentation of your project is well done, and it’s clear that a lot of thoughtful work went into your analysis. From the detailed site study to the planning, sections, and zoning strategies, you were able to effectively communicate the function and structure of the Kolpolok Civic Center. Your approach to community integration and accessibility, especially in a densely populated city like Chittagong, shows your deep understanding of urban issues and your ability to address them through design.
The concept of fostering inclusivity and community interaction through thoughtful massing, clear circulation, and diverse programming is very strong. I appreciate how you maintained natural elements like the waterbody and incorporated sustainable features such as green roofs and open-air terraces. These choices not only enhance the user experience but also reflect a commendable sense of responsibility toward the environment and local culture.
For the render perspectives, however, I would encourage you to work on improving the realism and emotional impact of your visuals. Adding appropriate lighting will give your images better depth and atmosphere, while enhancing textures and materiality will make your architecture feel more tangible. Consider studying camera angles and how to better frame your views to emphasize spatial experience and human activity. Also, try to make the vegetation look more natural and cohesive with the rest of the environment to strengthen your overall storytelling.
Labiba Shamsher, you’ve done a commendable job translating a complex brief into a meaningful space. With further refinement in your visual presentation, your project will truly stand out. It’s exciting to see such promise—thank you for being part of Inspireli and best wishes on your design journey!
