The "Zar Green Residential Complex" offers a strong conceptual approach rooted in historical inspiration, skillfully reinterpreting the spirit of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon within a contemporary urban context. The introduction of vertical green spaces through voids, atriums, and a roof garden enhances biophilic connectivity and addresses important issues of livability in dense cities. The emphasis on green communal areas and natural lighting is commendable, providing improved environmental quality for residents. Structurally, the choice of a concrete frame is appropriate for its cost efficiency and durability. However, while the conceptual narrative is clear, the architectural expression could benefit from more refined spatial organization and stronger articulation of the relationship between indoor living units and green voids to maximize visual and physical interaction. Additionally, a deeper integration of sustainable strategies, such as passive cooling or rainwater harvesting, would further enrich the green ambition. Overall, this is a promising project that would benefit from further detailing and spatial sophistication.
