This is a well-developed and visually engaging project. The presentation of the plans, diagrams, and concept was clear and thoughtfully arranged, giving a strong sense of the spatial strategy and how the program flows through the site. I also appreciate the inclusion of the video—it's a great tool to show how the spaces move and unfold. Just a small note: consider slowing the pace of the walkthrough next time. A more relaxed tempo will allow viewers to absorb and appreciate each moment and spatial transition more fully.

The triangular form of the site and the theme “catalytic toward nature” are effectively translated into the design. I like how the different zones—film production, entertainment, and festival areas—are woven into the flow of nature, with the idea of “going through nature” being strongly felt. The intention of incorporating native vegetation and water elements adds to the overall experience and aligns well with the sustainable vision of the project.

The architectural form is quite striking, but it would be good to explore more materiality in the façade design. Adding a richer variety of materials could help strengthen the identity of the different spaces and add more warmth or texture to the project overall. Also, when producing your perspectives, don’t forget to include vegetation and human figures to bring more life to the imagery—this helps communicate the experience of the space in a more relatable and vibrant way.
