The project presents a very modern and bold vision, and I truly appreciate how the façade design has been executed—it stands out with a strong architectural character while still maintaining a sense of flow and openness. The presentation boards are well-composed, and there’s a clear and coherent narrative from concept to final output. The layout of the plans is also clear and well-presented, allowing the viewer to follow the program and understand the project with ease.

What really adds an extra layer of quality to the submission is the inclusion of the video. It reflects the time and effort you’ve put into conveying your design story and the essence of your Film District project. It’s not just about visuals—it’s about telling a spatial and experiential story, and you did that very well. The integration of cuts, frames, and motion as conceptual drivers is creative and compelling, especially when applied to the spatial organization and rhythm of the park.

The adaptive reuse approach, taking inspiration from the site's industrial factory ruins, is also commendable. Incorporating large spans and generous spatial volumes lends the project an authentic cinematic scale, which supports the functions of film production and public engagement. The three zones—production, entertainment, and festival—are clearly defined yet unified under a cohesive design language, reinforcing the idea of interconnected experiences.

This is a thoughtful and well-executed proposal. The graphic presentation, narrative clarity, and video enhancement all demonstrate your dedication and creativity.
