This is a very compelling and forward-thinking project that thoughtfully addresses the evolving housing landscape in Ho Chi Minh City. I appreciate how the proposal responds not just to urban growth projections but also to the lifestyle and housing behavior of a younger, more transient population. The integration of architecture, AI, and adaptable design to offer customized living solutions is both innovative and timely.
It’s good that you showed how the shape or massing of the building evolved in your design process. Seeing that development helps us understand the logic behind your spatial planning. It also reflects a solid grasp of how form and function go hand in hand. I also appreciate how you planned the spaces according to their functions—that clarity in organization is evident in your diagrams and description.
The plans are informative, but I would recommend including a scale so viewers can better visualize the real-life dimensions of the spaces. It would add an extra layer of understanding, especially for evaluating circulation and spatial comfort.
The graphics are well composed and consistent, which makes the whole presentation cohesive. However, I think the project would benefit from a few interior renders—this would help us appreciate how the AI-generated layouts translate into actual spatial experiences. Interior perspectives would strengthen the emotional and functional connection to your concept, especially since you're designing for real human adaptability and comfort.
This is an ambitious and meaningful proposal that explores the potential of flexible, tech-integrated housing in a rapidly changing city.
Thank you, Huy Du Nguyễn, for joining INSPIRELI, and congratulations on presenting a project that brings together context, innovation, and human-centric design.
