This project effectively integrates Muscat's circular design identity while balancing modern and classic architectural elements. The thoughtful layout with separate entrances for the audience and teams ensures a smooth flow and efficient use of space. Dedicated areas for teams, including coaches' rooms and changing facilities, create a functional environment for athletes.
The combination of structural and metal frame systems, along with materials like fiberglass wool and black glass, enhances both stability and comfort. The ability to open the roof for ventilation is a smart feature, ensuring optimal conditions for various sports. The sports parquet floor is a practical and durable choice.
The renders are good, though some parts could be improved. The black and gold color scheme stands out, adding an architecturally bold statement.
The design blends functionality, aesthetics, and environmental considerations to create a versatile and culturally resonant sports facility.
Thank you, Bayan Maslem (Fernando), for sharing this insightful project!
