The project is a three-block apartment building inspired by the nearby mountains, aiming to offer residents both aesthetic appeal and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. The concept focuses on creating a visually interesting and comfortable living space, with functional apartments and a ground-floor (parter) layout. Good concept!



Improvements can be made in the circulation and safety aspects of the design. Placing the main staircase at the center of the three blocks would better serve the two end blocks, providing more efficient vertical access for residents. Additionally, for safety and compliance with fire regulations, emergency exit staircases should be incorporated. This would not only improve evacuation routes in case of emergencies but also align the project with modern building codes and best practices.
