The project presents a clear and well-structured industrial concept, organized around a strong circular diagram that effectively separates administrative functions from production spaces while maintaining functional connectivity. The central core establishes a clear hierarchy and provides logical supervision and short circulation paths. The opening of the ring successfully defines the main entrance and strengthens orientation on site. From an architectural and planning perspective, the project demonstrates a solid understanding of industrial workflows and zoning. The production sequence is logically arranged, and supporting spaces for staff, visitors, and technical infrastructure are well integrated. Structurally and materially, the use of a steel system for the production hall and layered construction for administrative areas is appropriate and consistent with the program.
Overall, this is a coherent and well-resolved student project that combines functional efficiency with a strong architectural identity.

My advice is to further refine the industrial clarity and spatial differentiation of the project. While the circular form is conceptually strong, introducing greater variation in section, façade articulation, or internal landmarks would improve orientation and reduce spatial monotony. Clarifying logistics—such as truck access, loading zones, and internal material flow—would strengthen the project’s operational realism. Additionally, a more explicit daylight and environmental strategy, as well as consideration for future expansion, would elevate the proposal to a higher professional level.
