The project presents a pragmatic yet thoughtful approach to architecture as an enabler of rural development. The integration of functional efficiency, sustainable construction, and local economic revitalization is clearly articulated. The spatial organization is rational and effective, balancing production, logistics, and human comfort. The architectural expression—simple, linear, and honest—reflects a deep understanding of agricultural architecture as a place of both labor and dignity.
My advice is to enhance the spatial experience by developing a stronger dialogue between the production areas and the surrounding landscape. Introducing more natural light or controlled transparency could elevate user well-being and express the connection between agriculture and nature. Further consideration of passive ventilation, shading, and water management would also strengthen the project’s sustainability narrative.
