The proposal delivers a sophisticated and imaginative response to Quseir’s social and environmental realities. By merging salt-harvesting infrastructure with hospitality, it re-casts industry as landscape and community catalyst. The stepped solar panels, precise climatic analysis, and structural clarity demonstrate deep technical and contextual understanding. The project transforms productivity into an architectural and cultural narrative of place and renewal.
My advice is to further articulate human experience within the industrial grid—how visitors, workers, and locals perceive, move through, and learn from the salt fields. Greater attention to scale transitions, shading, and material warmth could enrich comfort and identity. Exploring interpretive or educational layers might also strengthen its social dimension.
