I very much like the subtle solution of the design concept referring to the pillar and the Bukit Mertajam influence.
The architecture of the building has been consistently laid out in relation to the chosen perspective.
It is very good that you have found space in the project to explain the basis of your design. The idea of an urban farm is also very OK.
However, there is no full explanation of the cultivation technology process or it is too simplistic - I don't know where you get the water from, what you do with the bio waste - do you reuse it? how and for what? I get the impression that the urban farm is just an addition to the urban building. What would happen if this thinking was reversed?
A very prosepctive idea. Architecture arranged to the surroundings. However, the process of the urban farm in my opinion only treated as an add-on.
The video shows very well how you achieved the massing starting from a conceptual premise. Bravo.
My advice:
I would use the empty urban space you used for the building - almost entirely for a natural garden in the urban space, where the community around the site has the opportunity to grow and nurture at each stage of the plant's development and use the extra energy from it.
You can still develop this project and think of it more green :)
