This project demonstrates a strategic and well-considered approach to creating a dynamic airport city in the new Borg El Arab area, skillfully leveraging the site’s orientation, topography, and regional connectivity. The proposed urban structure clearly balances functional zoning, movement networks, and pedestrian-friendly environments, fostering economic vitality while ensuring efficient mobility. The emphasis on free zone development to attract investment aligns well with contemporary airport city models that integrate commerce, hospitality, logistics, and recreation. The landscape elements and visualizations effectively support a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, though deeper articulation of sustainability strategies and phased development planning would further strengthen the project’s resilience and long-term adaptability. Overall, this design offers a strong, forward-looking vision for a catalytic urban hub at the intersection of aviation and regional development.
