This proposal presents a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to sustainable resort design with a strong narrative inspired by the concept of renewal and rebirth. The integration of local materials, year round usability and wellness-focused spaces like the parametric healing domes demonstrates a deep consideration for both environmental and user needs. The spatial organization is clear and the connection between built form and landscape is effectively articulated. To further enhance the project, additional development of passive design strategies and more detail on the experiential quality of interior spaces would elevate its architectural depth.
